We cordially invite you to a guided tour of the exhibition “Pickled Mirror,” led jointly by curator Marta Kudelska and artist Marta Jamróg.

The tour will be followed by a screening of the film "Ziemianka" (Earth House).

Directed by Arkadiusz Borządek, "Ziemianka" tells the story of an artistic space created by Marta Jamróg in a real dugout that once belonged to her great-grandparents and is located in a village in the Podkarpacie region. The murals created inside are site-specific, based on the memory of the place and its history.

The dugout is a symbol of shelter and a return to one's roots, and the space itself is an active co-creator of meaning. The film shows art created outside of institutions, strongly rooted in the local context.
