The event takes the main themes of Zofia Pałucha’s paintings beyond the surface of the canvases, toward the body, movement, and sound.

A performance by Gabriela Pedrosa, aka Portento (7:00 p.m.), a member of the Ruego collective, explores the themes of corporeality, sexuality, social roles, and the boundaries of the individual that are present in Pałucha’s paintings. The body—vibrant, private, yet also open to the observer’s gaze—becomes the starting point for a narrative about intimacy, control, and autonomy.
The evening will conclude with a DJ set by Julian Świeżewski, aka Vizrila, transporting the body into a realm of rhythm and communal experience. Electronic music, associated with queer and alternative spaces for community-building, is not merely a backdrop but another layer of the exhibition’s experience. Painting merges with physicality and movement, while sound and individual experiences give rise to communal and synesthetic ones.
